The Lie:
The Palestinian Authority ended its “pay-for-slay” policy that rewards terrorists for killing Israelis.

The Truth:

The PA continues to pay terrorists – even adding bonuses for those freed in the October 2025 hostage deal. Some of these terrorists are now leaving prison as millionaires.

Background:

Since 2004, the Palestinian Authority has directly paid terrorists and their families monthly stipends through its “Pay for Slay” program, which operates under the PA’s Prisoners’ Fund and Martyrs’ Fund.
In 2018, the Taylor Force Act blocked U.S. aid to the Palestinian Authority until these payments stopped.
A U.S. civil lawsuit filed in New York (Oct. 16, 2025) accuses the PA of continuing terror payments in violation of the Anti-Terrorism Act (Force v. Palestinian Authority, 2025).

Truth Explained

In February 2025, the Palestinian Authority claimed it had ended the “Pay for Slay” program. But the October 2025 hostage exchange proved otherwise: hundreds of released terrorists have since been confirmed to receive millions in continued terror stipends.
